By participating in the algorithmic trading services provided by the Spirix Software (“Software”), the client/customer (“You”) acknowledge and agree that You are utilizing Spirix’s proprietary algorithms for Your own benefit and Forex trading in Your in Your designated third-party Forex trading account(s). You understand that by using the Software, You evaluated all of the risks associated with Forex trading, accepted those risk, installed the Software on Your electronic device(s), and You linked the Software to Your Forex broker. Your decision to utilize the Software was due to Your own informed decision. You may also utilize a percentage allocation money management (“PAMM”) account at your Forex broker. Your decision to utilize any PAMM account, whether associated with Spirix or not, is solely Your decision and You assume all risks associated therewith.

You understand that the foreign exchange market (Forex) is highly volatile, and while Spirix’s algorithms are designed to mitigate risk and optimize performance, market fluctuations can occur unexpectedly, potentially leading to losses, including the loss of your full account value. Spirix makes no guarantees regarding the profitability of trades or the preservation of capital in Your account(s). You accept that You are solely responsible for any losses incurred in your account(s), and Spirix shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from market movements, unforeseen events, or any algorithmic performance.
